Get Involved

Studies show that parent/guardian involvement in education is crucial. Students with involved parents are more likely to have higher grades and test scores, attend school more regularly, have better social skills, show improved behavior, and adapt well to school. When parents are involved at school, the performance of all the children at the school, not just their own, tends to improve.  Part of the PTSA’s mission is to engage and empower families and our community. By becoming involved with the PTSA you can help us achieve this goal.

Volunteers are very important to the structure of the PTSA. We need a lot of parent support!  We are always seeking volunteers to help us with: Spirit wear, the school store, Wee Deliver, Family Fun Events, various fundraisers and more! If you are interested in learning more about volunteer opportunities please contact us today!

Volunteering doesn’t necessarily mean giving up your time. Even donating items for an event or fundraiser is volunteering! We even have things you can do from home if you’re unavailable during the day! The Stratford Academy PTSA board values and appreciates our volunteers. We know that we could not accomplish anything without you! Thank you!
